Organic Tomato products for Industrial Use, produced with only organic fresh Italian tomatoes that are transformed into juice, chopped and crushed tomatoes, tomato purée, tomato paste with different brix degree of concentration and products based on different recipies.
After the production all the products are sterilized and packed, with an aseptic system, in metral drums of approximately 210-240kg.
Conserve Manfuso offers:
- Organic passata/Sieved tomatoes , prepared with fresh tomatoesmade out of fresh pulped, sieved tomatoes and lightly evaporated with a brix 10/12°
- Semi- concentrate of organic tomatoes which is made out of concentrated tomato juice with a brix 12/14°
- Double concentrate of organic tomatoes which is made out of concentrated tomato juice with a brix 28/30° Diced Organic Tomatoes prepared with fresh organic tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces 16/16mm after added in a juice brix 6/8°
