Our organic tomato products in bag in box are:
Organic crushed tomato product from ripe, sound, fresh round tomatoes selected, peeled, finely diced and mixed with ultra-fresh tomato juice. Colour, aroma and taste are typical of fresh tomato.
Organic passata/mashed tomato has a brix of 8% product made from ripe, sound tomatoes with the colour, aroma and taste typical of tomato fruits through squeezing, removal of skin and seeds and partial elimination of the water from the pulp juice.
Organic double tomato concentrate/paste made from ripe, sound tomatoes through the elimination of a part of the water from the pulp juice, after finely chopping and then sieving the fresh fruits.
The final dry residue must be no less than 28% net of any added salt. Use as a base for sauces or for industrial reprocessing.
